Extract from a Baptist Parish register of the 2nd Police district
of Mitovsk part of Riga city.
	Paragraph No. 4
On July 10, 1892 Yan Karlov Mezis, 25 years old, a peasant from 
Naukshensk region, Volmarsk district, Lifliandsk province, and
Paulina Petrova Apping, 25 years old, registered in Riga as a 
salaried clerk, came to the 2nd Police district of Mitovsk part
of Riga city, presented their Birth certificates and announced
that they were married in Riga on May 30, 1891 in a Baptist
ceremony. They presented certified written document of Baptist
spiritual tutor Johann Frey, who consented to this marriage.
According to this, the marriage of Yan Mezis and Paulinea Apping
is recorded on the Parish certificates, which were returned to 
them. We testify to the truthfulness of the above, Yan Mezis and
Pauline Apping.
